Returns/Refunds
All sales are final as all items are quality inspected before being shipped and all products are customized to fit your request.
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. All custom orders are processed within 5-7 business days.
Orders are not shipped/delivered on weekends/holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or text.
Shipment Confirmation/Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been processed containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages And Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Glitzee Garage LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
